Export to Excel Error
Hi All,
Currently running 2.1.4. Since updating to 2.1.4, when I attempt to export a subfile grid to Excel (using the built-in property), I get the following error:
"Unable to download PUI0009106.pgm from xxxxx.xxx.xxx.
Unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."
Do note that the error only occurs on IE v8.0.7600.16385, it works correctly using Firefox.
Any ideas on how to remedy this? I've tried changing the authorities on the above program, but to no avail.
Thanks in advance,
-RC

Re: Export to Excel Error
I've upgraded to 2.1.5, and the error still occurs. Any estimate as to when this might be fixed? We have clients waiting to export their reports...
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Export to Excel Error
This is fixed for our upcoming 2.1.7 release. We don't have an exact ETA for this, but it should be ready within the next week or so.

Re: Export to Excel Error
Not to sound like a nag, but is there an ETA on 2.1.7? We were told "in the next week or so" over two weeks ago. Our clients are patiently awaiting the ability to export their reports.
Other than that, though, you guys rock! I've been getting nothing but positive feedback from our clients who use our new interface.
Thanks!

Re: Export to Excel Error
Hey Everyone,
I thought the Export to Excel using SSL was working great, however I've found another issue (while presenting to a potential client!):
Exports of program-driven subfiles (< 9999 records) work fine. Unfortunately attempting to export a database-driven subfile (used for subfiles > 9999 records) fails with this error:
Any plans on supporting Export to Excel for database-driven subfiles?
Thanks!

Re: Export to Excel Error
This problem effects SQL-based grids in IE when using SSL. The problem will be corrected in our 2.1.9 update which is due in the coming days.
