The PUI0022 message reveals much about the problem that is helpful to programmer but is too much information for the user. I don't want the users, especially outside users to see how they might get into the system by using different program names.
I would like to put out something simple like access denied or service not available.
Can this be done?

The display can't be substituted, although it can be customized; see here:

You can hide the unwanted display fields. This will hide the information for everybody, although programmers can see all the details in the job logs on the system.
