Webpage do not fit into Atrium Tab display

Post by hbi »

I have expanded a subfile to show a number of lines not being able to fit in a browser page without srolling down.
This is done for trying having many more subfile lines than a 5250 *DS3 or *DS4 DSPF can hold.

Running this app in a browser works fine, just scroll up/down as you do with other webpages not fitting into your display.

But when running this app in an Atrium tab I am not able to scroll to the bottom of the page. Pls note it's the scrollbar in the Atrium Tab not working.

Attached the browser screen, note the rightmost scrollbar is at bottom position, but the content of the subfile is not, it should finsh with some more lines and the end of the panel including Previuos and Next.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to recreate this. I ran a quick test with one of my subfile screens -- I increased the "number of rows" property to 99. In my case, I can see all 99 rows by scrolling down with the bar from the Atrium tab.

Are you working with a standard "start.html" page for the PUI screens or have you made customizations? Also, what browser and version are you using?

Hi David.

I have changed the 'number of rows' to 99 and it makes no difference to the screen displayed in the Atrium tab.
Using IE9 and no custimozations done.

Helge,

The grid widget normally has a scroll bar of its own. Did you disable it? I do not see it in your screen shot. I think you may have better luck by setting your subfile page size to a smaller value and using the grid's scroll bar instead of the Atrium tab's scroll bar.
