Javascript -- pui.skipConfirm = true;

I am using the javascript "pui.skipConfirm = true;" in my appications to end my jobs without getting the confirm end session prompt. This seems to only work when I run my programs from the profound designer.

The applications I am writing are running inside an iframe on our corporate web site and the "pui.skipConfirm = true;" does not keep the confirm end session prompt from showing. Is there something else I need to be doing or any other way to keep this prompt from showing ?
