Subfile scroll bar still appears when subfile is "hidden"
We are developing programs that run on mobile devices (specifically iphones and ipads) and when a subfile is hidden the scroll bar still appears on the screen. Is there a way to eliminate this problem.

I'm unable to recreate this. When I try hiding the grid using the visibility property, the scrollbar also hides.
What version of Profound UI are you using?

We are currently at version 3.0.3. Does it make a difference if the visibility property is bound to an indicator?

It should be all the same, whether an indicator is used or not. I ran another test with an indicator and still cannot recreate it.
I'm testing with 3.0.5, but I couldn't imagine that there would be any difference in this behavior between 2 minor updates.
There must be some different combination of properties on your subfile than what I'm testing with.
Do you mind sending a copy of your display file DDS to Profound Logic support? We could look at how your grid is setup to see if we can recreate the problem.

I have looked at the subfile properties and I not using anything except for the visible property. I am using the Coral subfile widget if that makes a difference. I will send a copy of the DDS source.

I'm sorry I didn't notice your mention of iPad before. I am able to recreate the problem when running on iPad. It appears to be a bug.
Our development team is working on a fix now.

This is fixed pending the next update to Profound UI - 3.0.6. If you come to your PUI welcome page every so often, you'll be notified of updates automatically.
