Trying to use DEBUG - How do you set session DEBUG Flag?

Trying to use DEBUG - How do you set session DEBUG Flag?
Forgive my ignorance but I'm new to ProfoundUI. I want to DEBUG a program. I have searched the knowledge base and found reference to be able to set a Debug flag when a session is launched and then you can use STRSRVJOB etc in your 5250 session. Where is this flag and how do you set it? Is this something you set when you start Atrium?
