I'm able to create a menu option to launch a ProfoundUI session within Atrium by specifying /profoundui/start as the URL. However, when I try to create a menu item to launch a specific program that does not run anonymously, I don't get a PofoundUI login screen, nor does it use credentials already provided (from the /profoundui/start option, if it was taken already).
How do you recommend integrating ProfoundUI applications into Atrium? Do I need a single ProfoundUI launch point with its own menu system & authority-checking?

Re: ProfoundUI sessions in Atrium
Atrium is designed to integrate with Profound UI. Configure Atrium to call a CL program instead of a web URL.
In the example below, the the CL program ROBERT/ROBCL will be called to start the Profound UI session. The CL will set the library list and then call an RPG program. The program will be run under the user profile that was was used to sign in to Atrium.
