SERVER HTTP PROFOUNDUI DOWN

Hi,
We are using ProfoundUI Designer to build the web interface of our product developed in RPGLE.
At one of our clients, who is hosted by a third-party company and has an average of XXX users connected simultaneously, we regularly experience (around 3 times per month) a crash of the ProfoundUI HTTSVR server, which results in a complete stoppage of the product’s usage.

The actions we take to restore the software for the users are:

Stopping the subsystem where the ProfoundUI jobs run
[ENDSBS SBS(HTTPSVRPU) OPTION(*IMMED) DELAY(*NOLIMIT)]

Restarting the ProfoundUI HTTP server
[STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(PROFOUNDUI)]

Have you already encountered this issue, and do you have any solutions you could suggest to help our client?
