Test Instance

Hello, (I dont know the correct forum to post this.. sorry if this is the wrong one)

I am trying to create a test instance to install a new SP and running into a lot of problems.
First...
I had a test instance called PROFOUNDTS. I deleted that instance using the puiwrkinst command.
Errors poped up runing that command.
I manually removed all the IFS folders for that instance.
However, there is still a member in QATMHINSTC called profoundts, but there is NOT a HTTP server for that in websphere.
When I try to copy the PROFOUNDUI port 8080 instance to PROFOUNDTS port 8081, I get these errors...

Server configuration /www/profoundts/conf/httpd.conf not found or is unreadable.
Server configuration /gaussinterprise/spyweb/conf/httpd.conf not found or is unreadable.
?PUICPYINST ?*FROMINST(PROFOUNDUI)Server configuration /www/profoundts/conf/httpd.conf not found or is unreadable.
An HTTP instance named PROFOUNDTS already exists. Copy aborted.DSPJOBLOG JOB(*) OUTPUT(*)

I am guessing that the copy thinks there is an instance called PROFOUNDTS due to the member in QATMHINSTC. - How do I remove that member?
I don't understand the /gaussinterprise/spyweb/conf/httpd.conf server configuration errors and why it is looking for that.

Second....
When I try to cpy the instance to a totally new instance name i.e... PROFOUNDBK I get these errors...

Then some object in use and Cannot open objects from cached html files. in userdata/custom/html/...
i.e... /www/profoundui/htdocs/profoundui/userdata/custom/html/MCEBQPADEV000NM20 191126084336785667.html.

Sorry for the long winded question. I am just trying to update a test instance before I update our live instance. We have a lot of Genie and DDS conversions running on this instance and want to fully test before updating the live system.

Nevermind to all the above....

I deleted the member using wrkmbrpdm and restarted the *ADMIN server.
Got everyone out of profound and successfully made a backup instance.
