I am having a issue daily with a universal web service call. Basically, i have scanners that call a universal PUIMAPP job. Scans come in 24/7 and usually process without any issues. However, at least once a day we get a implicit OPEN operation on the universal display file. Any idea why this would be happening and how to prevent it? I usually can dump and retry and its fine.

Re: Error implicit OPEN operation
Wayne,
I think this would be better handled by our support department. Please email the information to support@profoundlogic.com. Please include a copy of the full job log.

I will leave the topic here and update it with the solution (once found).
BTW, sorry about calling you 'Wayne' in my last reply. I'm not sure how I made that mistake.
