Context Menu Position is Wrong

Post by DaveLClarkI »

With all the troubles I've had with positioning selection menus, I thought I had resolved them all. Turns out that there is still an issue -- but, this time it is Profound's problem. The context menu appears in the correct position for a main page/grid. However, for a page which is displayed as a window, the context menu is not positioned correctly over the grid. See the following picture which demonstrates the problem.

Note that I painted in the position of the mouse cursor at the time of the right-click for the context menu.

The forum is best used for 'how tos', I think that if you think something is not working as it should, it's best handled through technical support.

If you contact our support team and provide a screen dump file (bring up the screen and press CTRL+F9), we can actually render the screen here to hopefully see the problem.
