Library LIsts in Atrium

Post by dennisw »

I know that entries in PUI0001204 set library lists when you start sessions. Does it also affect Atrium? We keep programs being maintained in a separate library which programmers can put at the top of their library list. Can I do this in Atrium?

When you open a menu option in Atrium, it is opening a standard Profound UI or Genie session in the tab. There is no difference in how the library list is set between a session running inside or outside of Atrium.

Hope that clarifies it for you.

What I want to do is have some users start ATrium with one library list and other users start with a different list. I thought PUI0001204 would allow you to do that, but apparaently not.

Sorry for not getting back to you on this. I was away for a few days for the holiday.

Again, you would control this differently depending on if the menu options were Profound UI applications or running as Genie sessions.

For Profound UI applications, you could front end your programs with a CL that sets the LIBL based on the user.

If running a Genie session, LIBL are set the same as on a green screen.
