Hi,
we have a display file with an field defined with "DSPATR(MDT)".
In greenscreen there is no error message when i press ENTER and don´t change the field with "DSPATR(MDT)".
When i do the same in Genie than there comes a message popup "Mandantory entry field. You must enter data."
Is it possible to disable this message?

Re: DSPATR(MDT)
This sounds like a technical support issue. It would seem that Genie is simply not processing this screen correctly. A good way for us to test this is if you could send a 'screen dump' file to our technical support team, you can contact us here:
support@profoundlogic.com
To get the screen dump file, simply navigate to the problematic screen in a Genie session, and press CTRL+F9. You'll be prompted to download a small text file that you can attach to your email. Please refer to this forum post for the explanation of the problem. With the screen dump file, we can look at the attributes of the field, and actually render the screen here to see why it thinks that you are required to enter data.
If this is not enough to solve the problem, our support team may ask for further debugging information.
