Scanning Error message

We are attempting to scan through the application 'Profund Solutions' 'Profund Classic 6.7'. When clicking the "View" button we get the following error dialog box appear.

Title of Dialog Box
'PME Runtime Error'
PSclassicDataGatewayproject.dll not found

Has anybody come across this issue before or have any advice on a potential fix please.

Are you certain that this is a product of ours? I've not heard of "Profound Classic 6.7".

This is Profound Logic Software, Inc. Possibly "Profound Solutions" is someone else?
