I am beginning to try out the mobile application side of things and when I try to import the prepackaged Android Project into Eclipse I get the following error:
Cannot import com.example.AndroidMobileAppTemplate.AndroidMobileAppTemplate because the project name is in use.
I've tried ending Eclipse and restarting. I even re-booted my system but to no avail. I know I am missing something very simple.
Thanks in advance!!!!!

Re: Eclipse - Mobile App Question
Have you followed the steps to rename things, given here?
http://www.profoundlogic.com/docs/displ ... ap+Project
Your project should not be named "AndroidMobileAppTemplate" after all of the renames are complete.

Hey Scott...
Cannot even get to the rename step. It stops me at the Import Projects screen:
See attached....

Re: Eclipse - Mobile App Question
I guess I'm assuming that you had started a previous project of the same name (by importing this template, previously) and that you had forgotten to rename that prior one.
So now you can't import it a second time, because the name already exists. Is that possible?

Re: Eclipse - Mobile App Question
Might have happened. This was the first time to try this so anything was possible!
