Drag and Drop Grid and Mouse Pointer

Post by rmullis »

I have a subfile grid defined for drag and drop. Because the grid is setup for drag and drop, the cursor for the mouse pointer is a plus sign with arrows on the end of line (not sure what the actual name for the cursor is).

Is there a way to change the cursor type? I would like to use the default mouse pointer or a hand pointing like on a hyperlink.

Since there seems to be no way to change the mouse pointer on a drag and drop grid, I removed the drag and drop functionality and changed the way items are moved from one grid to another in my program.

Yes, there is not a way to do it, to my knowledge. Have shared your post with the development team as a feature request.

Thanks David.

One other thing I would like to be able to do in a drag and drop grid is select multiple lines in the grid before dragging and dropping.

Will share this as well. I've had other users express interest in this, too.
