Turn off menu search capability

When the user log into Atrium they do not have access to certain applications. But the search capability allows them to access unauthorized applications. I found that authority has to be now set at the application level if I do not want certain groups to have access to an application. Can the menu search capability be turned off?

There is not a way to disable the search function. We are aware of the problem with search returning unauthorized applications and are currently working on the fix. I will post back as soon as the fix is ready.
