Re: Google Maps widget
Hi Richard, I know we've already covered this over the phone. But I just wanted to give a quick explanation since it's on our forum.
The "google maps" widget is a custom-built widget that mimics the functionality of the Google Maps service.
It has a lot of the same properties that exist for other widgets (i.e. styling, positioning, validation) in addition to other JavaScript events. The only property that's unique to this widget, however, is the "google maps address." Once you enter a street address in this property, you will see the corresponding map view for that address along with other views such as Satellite, Earth, etc. All other features of Google Maps are also available such as zooming in/out, finding nearby locations, etc.
