Weirdness in the Designer

So, I have a DDS source member that when I open it in the Designer, I can't save it. I get the message "Save operation failed. Check job/server logs for more details". I check the browser log and see this: "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET PUI0001101.pgm:1". So, I saved the source as JSON to my local drive and it saves. I renamed the source member, then opened the JSON into the designer and tried to save that as a source member and get the same message. This is all happening when in the office. I've tried several other source members and I'm able to save just fine. So, I tried to open the copied source member and get the same message when trying to save. Also, I get this "Save operation failed. Check job/server logs for more details.". I checked the error logs for the server, and here's what's there:

I'd like to know if there is somewhere else to check as to what may be happening. Like I said, other source members save fine.

Now here's the weirdness. When I do this from home, over the VPN, this source member saves just fine.
