subfile / pop up window

Post by FoxBill »

I am wondering if anyone has come across this, where some fields in a sub file are flipped when calling another window and leaving the window called from up in background.

I have circled the two fields that flipped places when calling the second screen to make it easier to see.

This all started when we changed our green screen version from 80x24 to 132x27 size. We also adjusted how 132x27 screens are centered to accommodate for our operators different monitor sizes to get screen more left adjusted.

If anyone has any answer to what we can do to remedy this I would appreciate an answer. When the operator closes the pop up and returns to the main screen every thing is fine again.

That is really weird, I have never seen anything like that before.

I finally figured it out. I went into screen design and noticed that somehow the ID location for the outputs were switched between the Main screen and the pop up window screen. I just highlighted and swapped the output locations for those 2 fields. We have a new employee that was working on positioning this screen on a monitor. He may have inadvertently some how swap the locations.
