Resource Busy

We are receiving a "Resource busy" response from '/profoundui/PUI0003028.pgm?ANITEM=363' when selecting a item from the Atrium navigation panel.

This happens with navigation options which either start a Genie session or a ProfoundUI session. Other, non Genie/ProfoundUI pages launched from Atrium seem to work fine.

We have not been able to find any logs indicating what the busy resource is.

We suspect it may be linked to a save while active backup that is running, can you confirm this?

Hard to say for sure without being able to see it happen in a debug session, but the idea that a save might be using an ifs object makes perfect sense to me.
