I have sales information in a subfile grid and allow sorting the grid by clicking the column headings, but I'd really like the first click to sort descending rather than ascending. Is there a way to do this? Can it be specified by column? (When I sort on sales, I want to see the largest sales categories first, but if I sort on an alpha field, I'd prefer ascending first.)

For our next release, we have added a new grid property called "default sort order". This will do what you are looking for. A value can be specified for all columns or for each separate column individually.
