Launching ProfoundUI Applications

I've setup a communication queue that allows users to launch separate warranty requests into there own individual atrium tabs. This required that I tie the program to a navigation menu item and use the item ID via javascript to launch each tab. I only want users to access these requests via the communication queue, and not directly in the navigation menu.

Is there a way I can hide the request programs in the menu but keep them accessible in the communication queue only?
Or is there a better way to have one program call another and open it in a new tab in the atrium?
