mobile grid won't scroll

I have a weird situation. I can't get my mobile grid to scroll. Anyone have any ideas what to check?

Can you elaborate a little on what's happening?

• What version of Profound UI are you running?
• Does it happen on the Profound UI mobile app or in a mobile web browser?
• If it's the mobile app, is it the most recent version (2.5.2 for iOS, 2.5.0 for Android)?
• What mobile platform (iOS, Android)?
• Has this grid previously scrolled correctly? What changed?
• Any other relevant details you'd like to add

Profound 5.13
On the Profound UI Mobile App. I haven't tried it in a mobile web browser, however it does scroll on a PC screen.
Yes.
Android.
No. New development.
Not sure what to add. I've never seen this issue. I know it's something I'm doing. I'm just not sure what it is.

It actually may not be something you're doing. There were some issues regarding mobile scrolling that have since been fixed in Profound UI. You can try upgrading your Profound UI instance to see if that fixes things for you. If it doesn't, or if you're not able to upgrade, then I recommend you contact Profound Logic Support for assistance.

On further inspection, the grid will scroll, however it won't display any more rows than the value in "number of rows" in the designer. It's set to 16, and that's all that is displayed.

Ok, so just to be clear, are you certain that the grid scrolls properly from a desktop browser? It is only the mobile client that seems bound to the number of rows specified in the Designer?
