Designer:tabs are not shown using a bound field for tabnames

Post by t.s.h »

If I am using a program field to fill my tab names and the field contains more than three tabs/names I can't see the forth tab panel in designer.
I understood that the designer could not handle a runtime field to get the correct amount of tabs. Giving a dummy field a parent tab greater than 2 does not work.

My workaround for this is:
During design I change the property "tab names" to 1,2,3,4,5,6 and before compiling I change it back to the bound program field.
But this way is a little bit annoying, especially if you forget to change back.

Maybe someone has a better method?

Thanks
Thorsten
