Error Loading Users

When attempting to bring up a user group I get an error stating
"Unable to load users. The server response is missing or invalid. SyntaxError: Expected '}'."
I think I know what the problem is. When I added a user I put a nick name for that user in double quotes. For example John "Bob" Doe. I only get the error on that user group. All others load fine. When I attempt to read that user, I get the message that the user already exist. Can someone tell me the data file that the users are kept in so that I can manually remove the double quotes?

Thanks......

The users are stored in file PROFOUNDUI/ATUSERSP. The display name for the users is field AUNAME.

You should be able to fix the problem by editing that field.

Meanwhile we'll check into the problem with quotes -- you should be able to use those without causing this type of problem.

Great.

Meanwhile, we have corrected the issue for the next update to Profound UI. Once this is in place, you can use any characters you want in the display name without any trouble.
