Help with container

Hello.

I am having an issue with a toolbox container.

For several icons in the box there are multiple options that should be displayed when the arrow beside the icon is clicked.

The options seem to be being blocked by the underline under the simple container.
I have enlarged the container without solving the problem.

In the picture below the ‘View Rating Errors’ is the last item on a list of 4 options for the icon.

Sometimes nothing displays, in this case only the bottom option.

I think I must be missing something simple.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
