Heat Map Chart

does anyone hat experience with Heat Map Charts?
i use a responsive Layout but when i use the downloadmenu to save the Heat Map Chart as a PDF the Map becomes very small. if i use F5 than it recovers his normal size. I tryed to handel this problem using the options min und max height and width but i didn't work. i specify this options as a percentage to make it resposive

i use XML to create the Chart.

does anyone hat an idea?
