Is it possible to create a custom widget that contains other widgets?

Is it possible to create a widget that contains other widgets?

For example, a header widget that contains an Image, a title field, a subtitle field, and some buttons?

If possible, how would I go about adding a widget to a custom widget?

Unfortunately, no, it is not possible. Each widget must be separate.
