How do I change the color of the title area of a panel?
I am attempting to integrate the Genie product into our existing intranet and I would like it to have a similar look and feel. From time to time the theme of the intranet will change and the colors will change as well.

This is generally controlled in the CSS file for the Genie Skin. You can use the designer to determine which Class you need to modify... just look for the "css class" property.
