PUI0016 after renaming display file

We renamed display file and recompiled it, but now we receive this message when trying to open it.
we are at 5.0.4 The library list is correct.

Cause . . . . . : Display file PCDSPTRAND in library PCAR1_00_B is not a
rich display file, or the rich display file meta data is missing or invalid.
This can be caused by an incorrect library list, or by using a display file
that has not been converted to rich display file format.
Recovery . . . : Specify a rich display file and try the request again.

For some reason, the Open Access handler thinks this display is a green screen rather than a Rich Display.

Is it possible that you accidentally recompiled the green-screen version?
