I have had a question from users about the little wheel that spins when the system is working, loading a subfile etc. They want to know if it can be changed or moved or made bigger. Sometimes it's hard to see.

Can this be chhanged, if so how?

Do I have to call this in every page or will creating the settings.js automatically change it.
