This is a bug in the current release where the process that is to retrieve the field listing is not running under the correct user profile. It is running under QTMHHTTP which is the job start user profile, instead of the current profile you have signed on with.

This will be corrected in version 2.1.3, which is due for release in the coming days. In the meanwhile, you could temporarily give QTMHHTTP *USE authority to the file if you want to browse the field listing in the designer.

Alternatively, you could just type the field names in without using the field listing to avoid the problem altogether.
