Hello,
During use of the designer, once a tool bar opens in a second time no longer opens more.
Version 5.1.2
Tested on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

I've tried this, and I can open/close these ribbon options as many times as I want without any problems. Does it only do this for certain display files? Or with particular widgets selected?

The problem happens to every widget. The first time you click on any widget it works, but the next time on, it doesn't work. And it happens in any display files.
