When this happens in Google Chrome, press Ctrl-Shift-I. This will bring up Chrome's debugging Developer Tools. Under the Console section, do you see any error messages?

Re: Problem using Jump Start.
Alex,
I tried installing the latest release (5.0.4) and then tried again to generate a program, this time using both browsers (Explorer 11and Chrome) and the result is the same; under the section Console no error indication. I'm thinking to install on another machine to see if the response is the same, so next week I will try to do this and then I will inform you about.
Thanks.
Claudio

Re: Problem using Jump Start.
Claudio,
I checked with the development team and it seems our RPGLE templates won't be compatible with IBM i V5R4. IBM i 6.1 or above is required.
This is because Rational Open Access for RPG is not available on V5R4, and the Profound UI RPG Preprocessor for V5R4 does not support data structure I/O, which is used in the templates.
Do you have access to a system with i OS 6.1 or above?

Re: Problem using Jump Start.
Hi Alex,
I thought that the cause was the version of operating system, and so I would like to install on another System. I think that in Progetto Adele we have a System with 6.1 or 7.1. I will inform you about.
Thanks and regards.
