Having an issue with custom widgets

Post by siavash »

Hello

We are havening an issue with the profound UI designer after we did upgrade to the latest version.
For some reason when we open a display file that it has a custom widget in it, the value of the custom properties doesn't bind to the field anymore after we re-open the display file.

Please take a look at the below screenshot.

Within this display file I have a google map widget with passing address to it.
When I save it, it is fine. but when I re-open the display file again, it shows me like the below screen-shot and If I save or recompile this program, I lose that property value ( The address ).

Could you please help on this or try it on your side to see if it is only us that having this problem or not.

PUI version is : 4.8.4

It looks like Scott Wagers from our support department is already working on this. He'll assign a support ticket number to this issue and keep you up to date on this issue.

Let me know if you don't hear from him.
