upgrading from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 error message
I am getting a error when trying to upgrade from version 4.1.3 to 4.1.4. I have attached the screen-shot in a word document. it came up during the savf restore part of the upgrade. therefore the designer is no longer working either.

I encountered the same issue when upgrading, because I had to change the owner of a program in an earlier version to get the upload widget to work. The last reply in the following thread should solve your problem:

Re: upgrading from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 error message
Yep, the problem is that it can't restore the program because the existing program has a different owner. Unfortunately, this was a bug in 4.1.1 that we had to work around by changing the ownership, but... this isn't necessary in newer versions.
So, the way Tony C. did it in that other thread is a good way.
Another way is to simply delete the program, and this will let the new program be restored when you run the installer.
