Still having problems with the highligth menu options.

When the description of the option start with a number the menu option is not highlighted and I can not select it. See attachment.

The forum is best used for how-to's. For something like this if it's not working as it should, it's much better to open a technical support issue.

We can then gather some information for your screen to help us determine what is going wrong.

The easiest way is if you could capture a screen dump for this. To do that:

1. Navigate to the screen in question in a Genie session in Internet Explorer.

2. Type the following (exactly, including case) into IE's address bar and press Enter:

javascript: pui.downloadJSON();

You'll be prompted to download a small text file. Email:

support@profoundlogic.com

And attach the screen dump file along with a description of the problem.
