Unable to Start Genie Admistrator

Under Moderdize Green Screen Window when I click on Start Genie Admistrator I cannot get the adminsitrator to launch. All I get is the scrreen Loading global Configuration and it seems to be in an endless loop. Does anyone else have this problem on Version 3.2.0?

What can I do to fix this? Is it possible I deleted something like the default skin and this could be causing it? any help would be appreciated.

We're unable to recreate any problems in our own testing. Can you let me know which browser/version you are using?

Also, are there any JavaScript errors reported by the browser? If so, can you let me know the details?

I am using IE 9. i tried to open with Firefox 9.0.1 and got the same result.
I have attached a scren shot of the error along with the script from IE

Not sure this helps any. I did some logic editing using wrklnk on the AS400 to Change the screen backgrounds.

Looks like it's failing to load your configuration file. Maybe there is some bad data in there somehow?

I found the error in my script i corrected it and now everything works fine
