Attached is what I get following you instructions. Where is it exactly?

On the left, under "Member Resources" there is a link labeled "Profound UI Download"

Sorry I saw that before but I was looking at something related to Genie. So that link installs both ProfoundUI and Genie at the same time. Thanks

By the way if I create using Genie administrator two skins like DEV & TST I can accomplsh what it was my original question of having two different environments. Is there any problem following that logic?

Yes, you can have multiple genie skins.

You can choose which skin to launch from the ProfoundUI Welcome page, normally
http://yourbox:yourport/profoundui/welcome

or by specifying the name of the skin in the URL,
http://yourbox:yourport/profoundui/genie?skin=yourskin
