3.15 install issue

downloaded in installed 3.15 (twice) - each time after the install the welcome screen tells me I have 3.14 installed & that there is an update to 3.15 ?

I had the same issue, after clearing the browser cache (Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5) everything is working fine.
