Hi,
I am seeking a method of configuring Atruim to set an initial library list. is there any existing way, without me having to put a CL program or run a command in every program I am using in Atrium?

Atrium has no facility for setting the library list automatically.
However, if you are running Profound UI rich display file sessions in Atrium, there is an option. PUI has a facility for automatically setting the library list for rich display file sessions.
