Colors on tabs
I have a tab panel where the user is required to perform a task in each tab. I'd like to turn the tab heading green to indicate the action has been completed. Is it possible to specify different colors on different tabs in a panel?

No, that's not currently a feature of the tab panel.
The old-style tab panels are made using images, so you really can't do much styling with those.
The newer one (tab panel layout) would be possible to making styling changes with CSS, so you could potentially write JavaScript code to change it on the fly, or you could ask Profound Logic to add a feature that lets you change them via properties.
