CPF2868 - Member or label not found or suspended in from-fil

I get this message compiling a program using PROFOUNDUI/PUIBNDRPG. Any clue?

Cause . . . . . : The member or label CONFIG_H was not found in from-file
QRPGLESRC in library testlib, the member was suspended (saved with
STG(*FREE)) and could not be automatically restored, or there are no members
in the from-file.

The pre-processor attempts to load all copy source members into one source member in QTEMP before it starts to pre-process the source code. It looks like it had a problem loading CONFIG_H.

Does TESTLIB/QRPGLESRC,CONFIG_H exist and can you view it with SEU or any other source editor?
