unknown version on PUIWRKINST after update

I updated an old instance of Profoundui to the latest version that I just downloaded.
By using the PUIWRKINST I still do not see the installed version, I get an "unknown" despite being in the latest version.
What did I not update?

One of the limitations of PUIWRKINST is that it cannot detect the version of an instance that is installed into an IASP.

In this case, use an alternate means of determining the version.
