Changes in original DDS show in converted DDS

Question:
Can I make changes to the original DDS source and have them show in my converted source?

Answer:
No. If you are using DDS conversion, the two sources are separate. Once converted, there is a clean separation between the Rich UI and green-screen display files. The Rich UI is not dependent on the 5250 screens in any way.

However, if you are using refacing, changes to the original DDS will automatically be carried over to the graphical user interface.
