I'm having a weird issue with a button on a form. This is a mobile form.
The button Is defined with a custom font and font size. It is also defined, in the designer, as disabled.
When an item is scanned/entered into a field, some javascript is fired, and the button is enabled. This works, however, the font and font size settings are lost.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Re: Weird issue with font on a button.
When you say "custom font and font size" do you mean you're not using one of the built-in fonts, but rather are downloading a custom one from the Internet?
Can you provide more information on how you are doing that, or how we can see (and therefore, better understand) the problem you're facing?

No, it's just not the standard. I'm using Verdana and 18px.

Re: Weird issue with font on a button.
Hi Mark,
Does this problem occur only after you enable the button on your screen? Meaning, the font family and font size show correctly on the button when it's disabled, but enabling the button removes this styling?
You also mentioned that this is a mobile program. Are you only experiencing this issue in the mobile browser or on the Mobile Client?
Could you send us a screen dump (Ctrl-F9) of the screen in question? That way, we'll be able to take a look at this on our end as well. You can take a screen dump by pressing Ctrl-F9 when on the problem screen. This should save the screen as 'json.txt'. If you can post this file here or send this to our support team at support@profoundlogic.com, we'd be happy to look into this issue further.
Thanks!

Yes, that is correct. It appears correctly until it's enabled.
It happens in both the Profound Mobile App, and the browser.
I'll send the JSON dump.
