Internal server error after upgrading to 3.1.3

Upgraded from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 and am now getting an internal server error.

Thank you for reporting this. We are aware of the issue and working on a fix to resolve it. For the moment, we suggest that you go back to version 3.1.2. I will post back here when the fix is available.

This problem affected some V5R4 and V5R3 systems. The issue can be resolved by updating to version 3.1.4, which is now available.
