The vast majority of our Profound UI installs are for internal business applications. So unfortunately, I don't have a specific public facing site to point you to.

Technically there is no reason not to publish an app on the web correct?

Of course not. There is nothing in Profound UI that would prevent you from publishing to the web, it is just geared more toward business applications.
