SQLRPGLE

I am having a problem compiling a SQLRPGLE program I am trying to use the following command:
PUISQLRPGI OBJ(WEP/SST3010RG) SRCFILE(WES/RPGLE)
But keep getting the following error:
Conflicting values specified for the INCFILE parameter.
I can't seem to change the value of INCFILE in the command though. I also tried moving the member to a QRPGLESRC file, but got the same error. Any ideas?
